Accessories & Purses
All orders are shipped using USPS or UPS. Please allow up to 2 - 3 days for us to process orders being shipped. (In most cases we may process and ship the same day). Please allow 3 - 5 days once the order has been shipped to receive your order. Our shipping days are Tuesday - Friday. During holidays shipping delays may occur, so please be mindful of this when placing an order.

Please allow 2 - 3 hours processing time for local pick-up orders. Once your order is ready for pick-up you will receive a text message or email with the pick-up address.

**Once an order is processed you cannot make any changes to your order, no exceptions. Orders will be shipped using the address provided at checkout.
REFUND/RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales on accessories and purses are final! There will be no refunds issued at any time unless a mistake was made on our behalf. Due to Covid-19, we will not accept any returns or exchanges, unless a mistake has been made on our behalf or advised otherwise. Please be aware if you’re picking up accessories a message/email response is mandatory prior to picking up your order.
